Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri
makes about 2 cups
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a Cuisinart, blender or immersion blender. Puree until everything is combined and it has reached a smooth consistency. If needed, add more salt or sugar, depending on taste preference.

NOTES
This sauce can be used immediately, or stored in an airtight container/jar, in the refrigerator, for up to a month.
